Reflective Parenting Program ™

The Reflective Parenting Program (RPP) is a nationally recognized and clinically proven program, designed to increase secure attachments and empower parents along their journey of parenthood. 

Each week over the course of a 10- week period is focused on a specific topic, addressing such issues as discipline, temperament, emotional regulation and play. RPP is a unique blend of experiential exercises + concrete tools that can be taken home to practice with the whole family!


RPP Seminar: *FULL*

As part of a research study, the next RPP seminar will focus solely on 1st time pregnant women.  Please check back in the Spring for our regular RPP groups! 

Dates/Location: Sundays 5pm-7pm, starting October 6th for 10 weeks.

Beyond Consequences Parenting Program ™

Beyond Consequences (BC), developed by Heather Forbes is a love-based approach to helping children with severe behaviors. Weekly parent groups explore important topics related to raising a child with particular attachment challenges. BC is a wonderful program for adoptive and foster parents.

Soulful Woman Psychotherapy sessions offer a nurturing space to guide you along your journey inward. During our time together, we will use the spirit of curiosity to investigate old limiting patterns and discover new, more satisfying ways of living and being in the world.


Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of each woman and may include a combination of cognitive and body-centered psychotherapy with art, sand tray and/or EMDR.
